Date on which shares become available for distribution: 6 months. The first day of the sixth month following the subscription date.
Annual distribution target: 7%. This performance target is not guaranteed; the distribution rate and the value of the units may change over time.
IRR target of 6%: This performance target is not guaranteed: the internal rate of return and the value of the units may change over time.
Distribution frequency: 3 months. Potential dividends are paid quarterly.
Annual management fee: maximum 10% excluding taxes (i.e. 12% including taxes at the applicable VAT rate) for A shares based on rental income excluding taxes and net financial income.

A commission for monitoring and managing the completion of work on the real estate assets of a maximum of 2% excluding taxes (i.e. 2.4% including taxes at the applicable VAT rate) of the amount of the work exceeding €100,000 excluding taxes (i.e. €120,000 including taxes at the applicable VAT rate).
Commission for the sale of real estate assets: (subject to capital gains)
A maximum of 2% excluding taxes (i.e. 2.4% including taxes at the applicable rate) when the asset is in France.
A maximum of 3% excluding taxes (i.e. 3.6% including taxes at the applicable VAT rate) when the asset is in Europe.
