AROXYS is committed to protecting the personal data of its clients and partners. Below you will find all the information you need to understand how your personal data may be processed in accordance with the GDPR regulations effective as of 25th May 2018.
(i) PERSONAL DATA THAT IS NOT COLLECTED
When you just visit our website, we do not collect any personal data about you. We do not use cookies that collect your personal data. No personal information is sent from your browser or processed by AROXYS without your consent.

– Your personal data may be collected only in the following instances:
Your personal data is stored on our server during the recruitment process and then destroyed after two years if your application is not successful. To have your personal data modified or deleted from our server, please send an email to: contact@aroxys.com
– Using the contact form on our website, contacting us by email for professional reasons:
Your professional contact details are stored in our contact database, and you may receive emails from us. Your contact details are kept for as long as they are relevant to our business and may be added to in the event of further contact. They are deleted when AROXYS no longer has a legitimate interest in keeping them, and by default after three consecutive years of inactivity. To modify or delete your personal data from our contact database, or to stay in touch with AROXYS, please send an email to contact@aroxys.com.
– Initiation of a contractual relationship between AROXYS and your company:
Your professional contact details are stored in our contact database and may be added to in the event of further contact. Your personal data is also stored on our server if you are the beneficiary of a transaction carried out with AROXYS. Your personal data is stored for a period corresponding to the maximum period between the execution of the contract and the legal or regulatory obligations arising therefrom.
(iii) RECIPIENTS
Your personal data is only accessible to AROXYS employees who are involved in your relationship with us. It is only transferred to our IT subcontractors for hosting purposes. It may potentially be transferred outside the European Union only when hosted in our inboxes or servers.
(iv) Exercising your rights
Subject to applicable regulations, you may exercise your right to access, rectify, delete or object to the use of your personal data at any time by sending an email to contact@aroxys.com. If you are dissatisfied with the response to your request to exercise your rights, you may refer the matter to the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés, www.cnil.fr).
7. Complaints handling
In accordance with the provisions of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) and AMF Instruction No. 2012-07, clients/shareholders of AROXYS are hereby informed of the procedures for handling complaints.
Only statements expressing the dissatisfaction of the client/shareholder with the professional are covered, excluding requests for information, opinions, clarification, services or benefits.

To ensure that your claim has been received, we recommend that you send it to us and request a confirmation of receipt.
Processing times:
AROXYS is committed to sending the client an acknowledgement of receipt within 10 days if their complaint cannot be dealt with more quickly. From the date of this acknowledgement of receipt, the request will be dealt with within a period not exceeding two months.
Appeals:
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can refer the matter to the AMF's independent mediator for third-party management and investment services:

The proceedings are confidential, free of charge, adversarial and non-binding.
Each party may terminate the proceedings at any time and retains the right to refer the matter to the courts.
However, before referring the matter to the mediator, the client must first contact the person responsible for complaints at AROXYS.
8. Applicable law
The content of the Website is subject to French law.
All users acknowledge the jurisdiction of the French courts for any dispute relating to the content and use of the Website, both initially and on appeal.
